In charge of the Category Management,
Bongrain has created a new design for the cheese department, in order to increase
the oversall sales.
The digital screens are part of this new concept. To increase sales both in terms
of value than volume, the screens show recipes, new ways of cooking and eating
cheese and nutritionnal information.
They contribute to a more high quality and innovative image. In addition, it's
possible for the customer to receive the recipes on his/her mobile phone through
a text service. |
