The objective was to develop POS materials
to promote and support the launch of Nokia’s flagship handset - the Nokia
N95. We highlighted the features known to be most coveted by the target audience
– integrated GPS, a 5 megapixel camera and HSDPA Internet. A scaleable retail
toolkit was created, including a variety of materials from illuminated LED window
posters to gate-folding product hang tags and in-store posters highlighting features
tailored to different operators.
These explained the N95 facets in more depth, reinforcing the above-the-line activities
and the core idea: “The Nokia N95. It’s not one thing, it’s
many.” The toolkit was keenly accepted by retail managers, helped Nokia
stand out in the cluttered retail environment, and delivered the most successful
Nseries launch to date. |
